Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and the promises we make about your phone numbers and your guests' phone numbers.

This is plain-language placeholder text that has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It may change before TextBook.Wedding launches.

01Mobile numbers are never sold or shared for marketing

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This applies to your number and to every guest number you import.

02What we collect during pre-sale

  • Both partners’ first names
  • Email address and mobile phone number
  • Wedding date and chosen package
  • How you heard about us, and the ad campaign tags in the link you arrived from (UTM source, medium, campaign)
  • Payment confirmation details from our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

03How we use it

To hold your reservation, contact you about your account, email you when your dashboard is ready, and understand which channels bring couples to us.

04Guest information (once the service launches)

Guest names and numbers you import are used only to send the messages you choose to send and to route replies back to you. Guests can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

05Analytics and advertising

If you allow it, we use the Facebook Pixel to measure visits and purchases from our ads. It does not load unless you choose Allow, and it is never loaded on our internal admin pages.

06Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the service, such as payment processing, hosting and SMS delivery. They process data only on our behalf, and SMS opt-in data is never shared for their marketing.

07Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by replying to any email from us.
